2. Description of Service
Inzite provides an AI-powered data analytics platform that allows users to connect e-commerce, payment, and advertising platforms, upload data, and receive AI-generated insights.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Data Handling
All user data is hosted on servers located in New York City (NYC3), United States. By using the Service, you consent to your data being stored and processed in the United States. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: violating any laws, infringing intellectual property rights, transmitting malware, or attempting unauthorized access.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Inzite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
